since 1924

Formed in 1924 Sharafi Group is viewed as a brand synonymous with quality, integrity, proficiency, competence, and professionalism in the UAE’s Real-Estate, Construction, and Hospitality sector. The group has emerged as a key player.

1930

In the early 1930s, the founder of the Sharafi Group commenced trading across the region.

1970

By 1970, the Sharafi Group ventured into the real estate sector, inaugurating its first property, the Canon Building, situated on the Creek Waterfront.

2013

In 2013, the Sharafi Group founded A&S Contracting, as the engineering and construction department of the Holding, investing also in Facility Management, Architecture Design in 2022 and Joinery and Fit-out in 2023.

Initially focusing on food products. Over time, the trading activities expanded to encompass machinery, automobiles, and manufacturing.

In 2006, the Sharafi Group stepped into the hospitality industry, opening the first hotel of their chain in Bur Dubai.
